In today’s world our cities are more and more impure, but surprisingly there are people who want to reverse this tendency. Many of them don’t use cars for the city mobility.
There are many types of bikes; for travelling in the town the most popular is a simple town bicycle which takes us from one place to another, however there are more personalised bikes. Everything depends on what purpose we need a bike is it for movement, activity or sport (or for example extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more adequate for long distant activity and for the town we have city bicycles (mens city bike and city bike for femals – they are not the same in construction which is related with the human body). Mens city bike is more dynamic (men are usually stronger than women and the female type is more handy (it helps to travel with your dorsum place more straight than in mens city bike). Health is a very specific value for majority of people. It is connected with the fact that as the time goes by, we appreciate it more. It is proved by the fact that if everything works well in our body, we find it completely normal and we don’t know what is it like to lose this feeling. On the other side, each time we fall into a disease, we usually get to know that the previously analyzed thing is really influential and we regret that we didn’t care about it appropriately.

Nowadays a good bike is a very expensive thing, therefore it is a good idea to consult this problem with more experienced person. If we don’t have got a large place to keep our bike we can lend one. In a large number of cities there are bikes for rent, you could use it as long as you need and then pay for it (of’course you must register in the first place in the special base). If you don’t enjoy bikes you can walk or start to do nordic walking, it is a form of walking with two sticks, that kind of physical activity is not very expensive and you don’t have to be in a good shape to start doing it. It is a fantastic sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, but it is a good thing to know that in the nordic walking we should put sticks in the proper position to have a proper posture while walking. It is a great thing to have got a few advices before we started to do such an activity.

Every spect of physical activity is good for our shape. It is an outstansding thing to do a little of outdoor sport, meet with the other people with whom we can share our passions and just be cheerful.
