Health is something that plays a more and more crucial role as a value for growing amount of people. It is referred to the fact that, first and foremost, it is something inevitable. This indicates that other values we often find the most important in our lives like being successful, having many friends etc. are far more hard to achieve when we are ill.

This proves that it is better to do for example 15 minutes of exercises each day than exercise only once a week but two hours.
